More than 90 trainees and participants in the dual program prepare for 15 different careers every year: These numbers clearly show the importance Heraeus attaches to training the workforce of tomorrow.

At Heraeus, apprentices and students in dual programs experience learning in dialogue. From the very beginning, they assume responsibility as full-fledged members of the Heraeus team. They experience all the variety the company has to offer in its various divisions and they profit from its international presence, for example by living abroad and participating in the European Union’s Leonardo exchange program.
